This letter is to serve as a recommendation for
Leonard Clark, Steve Mitchell, and their team of
contractors. They were tasked with many tenant
improvements for our new space as well as painting
and repairing the entire inside of the building. Due
to delays beyond their control, the start was
delayed by 2 weeks yet they managed to complete the
work by the due date.
The work that was done encompassed many trade
disciplines and as a general contractor, Lenny was
able to bring in top notch contractors who did a
great job in their respective specialties.
Of particular note was that Lenny and Steve
constantly went beyond the minimum requirements to
insure that our new work areas were in top notch
condition. Their attention to detail and devotion to
their trades was constantly evident in the hard work
they put in to get our new building ready for
occupancy.
I would recommend Lenny and Steve for similar type
work and would be happy to discuss their work with
any future client considering the Well Done Home
Improvements team for any industrial building work.
